Chapel Lane Signage

The building complex had several challenges:

  1. A single address with two main street entrances giving access to separate sections of the complex, although this wasn't shown at the doors;
  2. Apartment numbers that didn’t correlate with floor level leaving visitors confused;
  3. No wayfinding within the building to support the movement of residents and visitors.

JSD worked directly with the residents to workshop an agreed name and subsequently designed the identity and functional wayfinding signage to guide residents and visitors to the correct entrance for the relevant apartment.
